Innovation is the progression factor of developed countries and the regret factor of developing countries. Nowadays, technology plays basic role in improving the peoples’ lives. Along with economic growth of societies, the pressure on natural systems and resources of earth was intensified. The regretting reality is that economics continue its growth but environment which is dependent to economics does not grow. Sustainable development in all areas means consolidating economic, social and environmental goals for maximizing current human welfare without damage to the ability of future generations for meeting the requirements. Access to sustainable development in all sectors of agriculture, natural resources, environment and tourism and interdisciplinary areas is put in the agenda of all world countries and all governments considering their cultural backgrounds and believes try to play their role in this big global movement.

The general goal this international gathering is creating common perspective and agreed principles for those who agree with generality of subject and their final goal is guiding toward special look to environmental regulations and access to sustainable development which is considered as basic and fundamental dimension of environmental sustainability and also compatibility with environment as integral part of law, justice, arbitration for sustainable development as one of the most important view of the participants of this conference. Meanwhile, the participants in this international conference can announce their views and opinions related to future perspective of sustainable development of agriculture, natural resources, environment and tourism and share their experiences about effective executive of environmental rules and applied policies in this regard.
